Cocoa butter based chocolate dye, ORANGE, 100 g, Food Colours

Intensly coloured dye intended for white and desert chocolate, fat-based masses and creams or fats.
Dissolved can be used for painting molds or pralines, as well as applied with a paint gun. Very concentrated and efficient.

Helpfull tips:

  • before useing warm up to 27°C,
  • apply gradually to a mass,
  • colour vibrance depends on the dye doseage and on the type of the mass/cream used.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322), dyes: Sunset Yellow (E110), Allura Red (E129).
