1. When will you ship my order?

Paid orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3 pm are shipped the next day. The paid order is sent up to 3 days from its submission, if it has products marked with a longer shipping time than 24h

2. I have purchased products from you. I want to file a complaint - do I have the right to do so?

Of course. Each product that has been purchased from us can be advertised. The time to submit a complaint is 2 years. Complaints should be described in detail and sent to the e-mail shop@kiccake.pl along with photos of the damaged product. You can read more about complaints in the Regulations of the store

3. I have purchased products from you, but they do not suit me. Can I return them?

Yes. Products purchased from us can be returned. All you have to do is notify us within 14 days of delivery of the products that you wish to withdraw from the contract and send the products back immediately. After receiving the return, we refund the funds. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. You can read more about withdrawal from the contract in the Regulations of the store.

4. Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. You can pick up your order in person in Krakow, ul. Imbramowksa 32. We inform you about the preparation of the order in a text message.

5. Can I pay by card when picking up my order in person?

NO. We are an online store and we do not have a payment terminal. You can pay with us in cash or by making a quick transfer to the BLIK phone (preferred form).
